Terms & Conditions

By signing up to this workshop, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions (also available at checkout).

Workshop Changes, Content & Delivery

Workshop content, locations, schedules, models, and shooting opportunities may be subject to change where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. While every effort will be made to deliver the workshop as advertised, the organiser reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the format, venue, timing, or content. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund or transfer.

Minimum Numbers & Workshop Cancellation

Workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum participant numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

Cancellations, Refunds, Transfers, No-Shows & Payment Plans

Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop date are non-refundable. If you book within 14 days of the workshop date, your booking is automatically non-refundable due to the proximity of the event.

In cases where a participant needs to cancel within 14 days of the workshop, they may, at the organiser’s discretion, be offered a credit voucher to attend a future workshop. All cancellation requests must be made directly with the organiser (Paulinne) to be assessed.

Once a voucher has been issued and accepted, this decision is final. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a refund or altered to an alternative resolution at a later date.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds or vouchers.

For split payment or instalment options, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the workshop date. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the workshop date, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Transfers to another workshop date may be offered at the organiser’s discretion and are subject to availability.

No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or missed portions of the workshop.

Weather Policy

In the case of adverse weather conditions affecting either outdoor or indoor workshops, including but not limited to extreme weather events such as floods, fires, storms, or other unforeseen environmental conditions, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule the workshop to a new date or adjust the location and format where necessary to ensure participant safety.

Refunds will not be issued in the event of a reschedule. If a participant is unable to attend the new date, they will be offered a credit voucher for a future workshop at the organiser’s discretion.

Equipment & Personal Belongings

Participants are solely responsible for their own personal belongings and photographic equipment at all times during the workshop, whether in studio or on location. The organiser (Paulinne) kindly asks all participants to be mindful of their own equipment, where they are placing it, and not to leave it unattended or out of sight. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the attendees personal equipment.

Participant Conduct & Removal

The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant from the workshop if their behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability & Personal Responsibility

By attending the workshop, participants acknowledge that they take full responsibility for their own safety and conduct. The organiser accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants arising from careless, reckless, or inappropriate behaviour during the workshop. While public liability insurance is maintained by the organiser for the nature of the event, participants are expected to act responsibly and at their own risk at all times.

Force Majeure (Events Outside of Control)

The organiser is not liable for cancellations, postponements, or changes caused by events outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, venue issues, extreme weather, fires, floods, storms, or government restrictions.

Workshop Level, Suitability & Inclusions

It is the responsibility of each participant to read through the course inclusions and workshop description thoroughly before booking. The workshop level and details are clearly outlined on the event page. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the organiser (Paulinne) directly prior to booking so these can be clarified.

No refunds will be issued if a participant later feels the workshop level is either too advanced or not advanced enough for their expectations after attending or booking. By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they are aware which workshop they have signed up for and its inclusions.

Photography Rights & Usage

Participants retain copyright of the images they capture during the workshop. Images may be used for personal and professional portfolio purposes, including websites, social media, and photography portfolios.

Images may not be used for paid advertising, commercial advertising campaigns, or boosted/promoted social media content without prior written permission from the organiser (Paulinne).

This policy is in place to ensure respect for the models involved and to maintain agreed usage boundaries for workshop-created content. If you wish to use images for paid or commercial advertising purposes, please contact the organiser directly for approval.

The organiser may capture behind-the-scenes content during workshops for educational or promotional purposes. By attending, participants consent to such usage unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the workshop.
