  • The opportunity to test shoot with a model to build up your portfolio and gain confidence in a professional studio environment.

  • Together, we'll cover the foundations of crafting mood boards from scratch, aligning your artistic vision with your client's desires, and transforming concepts into visually captivating stories.

  • Explore the art of composition, lines and angles, including lens choices, in camera settings and studio lighting techniques.

Whether you're stepping into the world of photography or looking to deepen your craft, this workshop is a journey of growth and self-expression. It's an opportunity for us to come together, ask questions and nurture your ability to transform your creative vision into stunning, heartfelt images.

Please note: This workshop will be held in a natural light studio space for those who prefer shooting in ambient light. Godox studio lighting equipment will also be provided on the day incl. lighstands, strobes, modifiers and triggers.

If you have no prior studio experience and would like to shoot with strobe lights, I recommend attending my basic-intermediate studio photography workshop Saturday 17th of February first to establish a solid foundation in studio lighting fundamentals.

Welcome to a workshop close to my heart, tailored for beginner and intermediate photographers seeking to uncover the art of directing and finding comfort behind the lens. I've been on this creative journey, and I understand the challenges photographers face, especially when it comes to communicating our vision and connecting with our subjects.

With a background as a professional ballet dancer and experience as a model, I understand what is required both in front of and behind the camera. In this workshop, I'm excited to share my passion and knowledge with you.
